Duties
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, to include in-depth penetration testing, on AF and DoD systems (i.e., Microsoft® Windows™ and UNIX® based platforms)
• Demonstrate ability to methodically analyze problems and identify solutions
• Explain, present, demonstrate [when applicable] and document the operational impact of a particular vulnerability
• Analyze, disassemble, and reverse engineer code to discern weaknesses for exploitation; document and transition results in reports, presentations and technical exchanges
• Assist customer with implementing policies and tactics, techniques and procedures for conducting assessments

Qualifications
Required Skill
• Minimum Bachelors degree and 6 years experience or 10 years equivalent experience without a degree; degree should be focused on engineering or applied science. TS/SCI clearance required.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain the CISSP and a Penetration Tester (i.e., GPEN, L|PT, GPXN) certification within 6 months upon arrival at the customer site
• Must pass customer training and certification program and remain mission ready qualified
• Possess good writing and communications skills, to include the ability to render concise reports, summaries, and formal oral presentations
• Knowledgeable in common cyber threat terminology, methodologies, possess basic understanding of cyber incident and response, and related current events

PREFERRED SKILLS
- MCTS, Linux+, C|EH and GREM certifications a plus
• Hands on knowledge and experience with The Metasploit Framework and Burp Suite; a background in applications development, a plus
• Strong knowledge of Windows® Internals, Windows® Application Programming Interfaces (API), Portable Executable (PE) formats, Windows® Registry, and security models
• Familiarity with the following protocols ARP, DHCP, DNS, DSN, FTP, HTTP, IMAP, ICMP, IDRP, IP, IRC, NFS, POP3, PAR, RLOGIN, SMB, SMTP, SSL, SSH, TCP, TELNET, UDP

The Integrated Systems Group of SAIC is seeking a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Management Specialist for our customer site at Ft Hood, TX. This is a contingent position.

Duties and Responsibilities FOIA Specialist is responsible for reviewing, recording, processing, and monitoring FOIA and Privacy Act requests and reporting the status. This position also includes activities related to evaluating agency policies, processes, and procedures in relation to requirements of the FOIA, the OPEN Government Act, related legislation, and Executive Orders and oversight agency guidance. FOIA Technicians support the USFOR-A J6 by receiving, processing, review, rework, records management, and case load management for the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) office. The ideal candidate shall provide a case management approach that will help identify any additional elements that support and strengthen the capabilities of the USFOR-A J6 FOIA office and its ability to respond to requests.

- Intermediate knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act and its amendments.
- Knowledge of legal interpretations of the FOIA as it affects exemptions and release of documents.
- Knowledge of reporting requirements under FOIA and the OPEN Government Act.
- Good communication skills demonstrated by written and oral experience, qualifications, and education.
- Processors will be addressing new requests as well as backlogged/legacy cases.
- All candidates are required to process a minimum of 5-10 cases per month depending on workload.
- The contractor is responsible for the administration (receiving, logging, tasking, case management), processing (recommending which organization to task, monitoring tasker tool for responses, redacting information), review (validate correct exemptions are applied), and recommendations for release of information to the government chain of inspection.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related experience. Additional years of experience may serve in lieu of a degree. Legal education/experience – Requires Paralegal Certification or paralegal training; minimum of 2 years of business law experience.

- 2+ years related experience with the Federal Government environment/operation, with particular emphasis on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA) and relevant DOD directives/initiatives.

- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to thrive in a busy, deadline driven atmosphere.

- Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively.

- Proficient in FOIAXpress (FX)

Additional Qualifications

- Must possess a current Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain this clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools suite

· This position will be shift work – personnel will be required to work off peak hours (possibly nights and some weekends)

Prior military experience or experience working in a DoD environment, knowledge of military customs and courtesies is strongly desired.

The Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) Advisor will support the preparation and execution of various Joint and multi-service Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRX), events, and activities. The employee will mentor deploying military members on the best practices of integrating Electronic Warfare (EW) to attacking the network (AtN) and Defeat the Device (DtD) as it relates to the lethal and nonlethal targeting cycle. This instructor will directly impact the effectiveness and safety of our deployed troops by increasing their awareness and ability to employ electronic fires in a combined arms manner throughout the spectrum of conflicts.

Duties will include
1. Observe the; lethal and nonlethal EW targeting process, Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) employment, integration of EW enablers, CREW and Spectrum Management procedures, Irregular and Unconventional Warfare principles, and human factors (staff teamwork and functionality) throughout the MRX or training event.
2. Mentor service members (Brigade, Regiment, Division and Corps EW professionals and staff members within S/G-2, S/G-3, and S/G-6) to plan and manage EW resources to best attack the enemy’s network and defeat the various IED threats.
3. Evaluate the Staff’s ability to integrate and manage EW activities to best support the Commander’s priorities.

4. Script relevant EW training scenarios which are linked to the primary storyline themes and are supported by Intelligence products to provide realistic stimulation for the EW training audience. Create exercise support products to replicate the EW exercise operating environment and in response to the training unit’s request for information.
5. Develop storyboards and lessons learned for use during various after-action reviews. Present the results, feedback, and suggestions for improvement to the staff and other trainees.
6. Develop and present operational and tactical levels EW targeting classes focused on integrating EW as a form of fires to AtN/DtD.

7. Server as an EW SME participating in various exercise planning events, scripting conferences, training seminars and MRXs. Oversee the EW exercise planning effort creating an effective EW operating environment which will allow the training audience to exercise the Current and Future EW operational processes within the frame work of the exercise.

Command and Control
The Air Force Center of Excellence (AFCOE) will maintain Electronic Warfare Standards throughout all of the Combat Training Centers (CTC) to ensure unit training objective are met.

Location and Travel
This position serves as an Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Air Force Center of Excellence, Lackland Air Force Base, in the vicinity of San Antonio, Texas. Workspace will be provided within Lackland AFB, TX. Company will provide computer(s) and Cell phone equipment compatible will Army Standards. Training activities will occur in a variety of settings and locations as requested by the government customer. Other travel within CONUS/OCONUS will occasionally be required. “America’s beer industry continues to play a significant role in supporting the economy in each and every state, including Texas,” said CEO of MillerCoors and Beer Institute chairman, Tom Long. “From the 126 brewers employing 2,280 people, to the roughly 45,308 licensed retailers, like supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars and stadiums, the beer industry is vital to local economies.”

Brewers across the country remain an integral part of their communities as well, promoting alcohol responsibility programs for local retailers, schools and families in Texas.

GM expects to hire more than 4,000 new information technology workers over the next three to five years to staff the four centers. So far, more than 1,000 employees have been hired for the three locations previously announced.
